Ingredients:

• Tomato Sauce (65%) – Chopped tomatoes, tomato purée, onions, and garlic.
• Minced Beef (25%) – Premium quality beef, slow-cooked for tenderness.
• Vegetables (10%) – Carrots, onions, and celery for added depth of flavour.
• Herbs & Spices – Oregano, basil, black pepper, and a touch of garlic.
• Olive Oil & Salt – Enhancing the richness of the sauce.

Cooking Instructions:

Stovetop (from chilled):

1. Transfer the desired amount to a saucepan.
2. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until hot (75°C).
3. Serve over pasta, rice, or use as a base for a dish.

Microwave (from chilled):

1. Place the sauce in a microwave-safe bowl.
2. Heat on full power for 3-5 minutes, stirring halfway through.
3. Ensure it reaches 75°C before serving.

Storage Instructions:

• Refrigerate: Store at 0°C to 5°C and consume by the use-by date.
• Freeze: Suitable for freezing. Freeze before the “use by” date and thaw completely before reheating. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
